At SouTech Printing, we are committed to providing top-quality DTF gang sheets and sublimation prints. Each item is made to order, and we strive for perfection with every product. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle any issues that may arise.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom DTF gang sheets and sublimation prints

  • Embroidered or printed garments

  • Items that have been used, applied, or washed

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted in the following situations:

  • The order was incorrect due to our error (wrong design, size, or quantity).

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Customer errors in file uploads (e.g., low resolution, wrong sizing, or colors).

  • Orders already processed, printed, or embroidered.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers (we are not responsible once the item is shipped).

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. If approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production.
Once your order is printed or processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
