1. General Terms

  • These terms apply to all users of SouTech Printing, including customers, visitors, and partners.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services following any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Orders & Payments

Placing an Order

  • By submitting an order, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use any artwork or design files provided.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright, trademark, or ethical standards.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before we begin production.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment options.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will retain their original pricing.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days unless otherwise specified.

  • Rush processing is available for an extra fee and must be requested before 1 PM.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by file issues, customer errors, or third-party shipping carriers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, SouTech Printing is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the error is on our end.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started.

6. File Submission & Design Quality

  • Customers must provide high-resolution artwork (300 DPI in PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG format) to ensure optimal print quality.

  • We are not responsible for printing errors due to low-resolution files or incorrect formatting.

  • Graphic design assistance is available for an additional fee upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they own the rights to all submitted designs.

  • We will not print offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked content without proper authorization.

  • SouTech Printing reserves the right to decline any order that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operational jurisdiction. Any legal disputes must be handled in accordance with those laws.
